8gal led light?

    Bought a 12x12x12 7.5gal tank this week. Looking for an led that is sleak and slim and will mount on the rim of the tank. Something like the ecopico reef light.

    I want to keep mostly softies and lps. What are my options? I don't even know what to search for to find something that would work.

    I have found the following
    EcoPico led
    Zetlight nano
    please suggest others!

    hmmmm lol this might work, what about something like this?

    kinda what i like, clamps to rim, sleak design, nothing sitting on top. Idk maybe i should just get what you linked? What color combo should i go with? And how many of those strips would i need? 12x12x12 tank, just softies and LPS

    wow how could i not think of zetlight! i remember seeing those, doh! gonna go check em out now!

    zetlight nano looks good but where can i buy it? price?

    Thats a ok looking light, I don't think you'll like the look of it though with 6 whites and 2 blues. LPS look cooler under a more blue look, IMO, it shows their colors off better. I don't know much about the link I put other than Matt saw them a MACNA and they seem like a cool idea.

    As far as the par bulbs go, they just go in a standard light socket so you could probably find a cool little clip on fixture at lowes that would look cool.
