    It's all wrong. I mean the thermometer is on the same side of the tank as the heater!..

    Just kidding of course. The tanks looks great! I love a planted tank that display some serious lighting. Really nice grow going on. The Tetras really pop with the lighting. You will be doing a lot of pruning.

    heater only works for 2 weeks in January where I am

    and yes once a week so far I remove any decaying leaves and also remove any runners that come forward from the Vallis or Sagitaria plants
