I just bought a 5ft 100gal tank and the dealer is running a special on the 4ft 150watt HQI Coralife Aqualight Pro retrofit kit for $400 dollars. Would this unit be to short for my 5ft tank? Will I have blind spots on each side?

    Thanks!

Usually ya need 3 on a long tank. How long is the tank?
I have had 2 48" setups on my 180 that work fine for the way I have my rocks set up.
If you have the long tank and plan to have corals in the middle I would go with the longer 3 light setup.
I have most of my corals under the 2 lights .. generally each light is good for about a 2X2 foot area.
