40b DIY LED questions

At what height? Just my personal opinion that I don't want that big of an investment with that much electricity sitting that close to an even bigger investment! Just my own personal opinion! But yes if you keep it real close maybe no optics!

 

haha yeah 3" is the farthest i can put it in my canopy, I made an acrylic shield for it though

 

oh ok, then yeah, def no optics unless your gonna put a disco ball in their with it!;D

 

It's not a problem this thread was created for knowledge. I think that it would be more than enough

 

Here is an update. I went with 10 royal blue, 6 blue, and 8 cool white leds. Here is what i have drawn up for positioning. Let me know what you think, and I know its super sloppy but I did it super quick before class
