I have a 2 bulb t5 light on my 40 breeder and I'm a little disappointed in the way my coral look. I'm looking for some ideas as far as lighting. It's sorta a budget build so cost is a concern. I have a Chinese led fixture and I'm not sold on that tech. DIY LED is appealing but don't know much about it ... Other option is add another 2 bulb fixture or sell it and put it towards a 4 bulb. Halide is out of the question, bedroom is on the second floor and gets hot in the summer even with the ac on. Also I have a cape cod so hanging a light is a challenge due to the slope of the roof. Thanks in advance guys and gals ....

I would suggest another 2 bulb T5HO to get full coverage or the tank width.
