    Thanks!
The intake and returns seen are from the closed loop powered by an Iwaki MD40, there is a large bottom to top weir/overflow that is not seen in the video. I have a modified Herbie drain that is returned to the top of the DT by a Snapper. This tank was custom made to be an in-wall tank in a doctors office. I bought it with the future plan of doing an in-wall setup when I buy a house next year.... couldn't wait that long. :-/

I love your tank a lot deep tanks are hard to maintain but they are much more beautiful then the others when they are cared for. Which yours seems to be

    Good job

    Thank you!!
Cleaning/maintenance of the DT is a PITA, even with the modified tools I have. But, my best investment has been the Algae Free magnet cleaners!
I have to use these daily, so nothing gets a chance to really stick. It is still a young tank, so I have my work cut out for me as it ages....

As for the stool, I had borrowed it from my sister. Needless to say, she will not loan me anything anymore...:p

Great Tank man, love that you went with the tall instead of the normal.

+1. Love the tower look. Good job taking advantage of the shape of the tank.

    Thank you!
When I first seen the For Sale picture of this tank, I had this tower/column vision in my head with no idea on how I would do it. The columns, plumbing, flow and lightning has been a learning experience throughout the entire build!

If I really would have known the various difficulties encountered with this tall tank, I probably would have went with a standard 240g.... haha
All else said, to sit back, relax and watch the tank, it makes it all worth it!

Gotta love these little chunks of ocean we keep!
    :)
