The clams look amazing under them!
A few new ORA maxima clams to add to the reef. They look tiny next to the big squamousa.
Our new crocea/maxima hybrid
Just beautiful. Man I wish we could get those up this way. Love the maxea clam
Here's my clam, he got a hole in his mantle but he is recovering nicely
Thanks guys, we always wanted one for some time now. Murball, that's a nice deresa and looks like it's healing nicely.
Thank you, all your amazing calm pictures on this thread are giving me the itch to go out and get a new one haha
Hippopus Tridacna: One of the largest Tridacna, also known at the Bear Claw, Strawberry, Horse Hoof. Does well in substrate, so large that it does not attach to substrate once it gets medium size. Suck up calcium like no tomorrow.
Your Squamosa and Crocea are gorgeous DSC.
Murball, you can never have too many clams! Thank you corailline, that's gotta be the nicest hippopus clam ive ever seen. Once my wife sees this pic I have an idea on what our next clam is going to be.
