211 this morning.... down 12lbs so far. 31lbs to go.

Don't make the mistake I did... not drinking enough water. Been working out much more than I was.... sweating a lot... and didn't re-hydrate enough....

The result... bad cramps this morning... legs and back.... been drinking water slowly all day trying to catch back up.

Keep up the great work everyone.

    Good job on the loss.

Water is out friend, whether working out or just controlling out appetite.

Great that you are sticking with this. Great work.. About 6 years ago I started the same journey. I was 250lbs + and saw this picture of me and decided it was time... I dropped down to 179lbs mostly due to solid diet and exercise. I did not do much Cardio at all. here is my before and after. If you need any help let me know I love diet and fitness Its a HUGE part of my life. Last year I tried to compete in a body building contest.. If I didn't throw out my back I would have.... Again great work..

Andru1313, great transformation. Its those photos that make you realize that one has splurged to much and need to change. Mine was when I saw a photo of myself at the beach and I now had a 5-pack instead of an 8-pack, pecks lost shape, and all those great things that make you feel good about yourself. I guess that is what happens when you stop playing sports year round and quit strenuous activities like climbing. Oh well, I am hoping to pull off a transformation somewhat like yours by December.

I've been very bad. I have been trying to get my capstone work reviewed and published. Along with tests and other work, I have not been a very good eater. I downed 3lbs of beef jerky this weekend due to non-stop work. Its a good thing I don't drink much or often. I went through payback last night though. Once all this work is off my desk I will restart my workout routine and begin eating healthier.

I am down from 209 to 204 in about 2 weeks mine is going to be slower and I dont want to loose to much more maybe down to 195 or so since I want to keep my weight just get lean.

For all you guys out there doing pull ups be sure to breath through out them and all your work outs other wise your blood pressure will spike and it will give you a massive headache.

Ask me how I know... what a rookie mistake... o well live an learn.
