    You forgot me Lone

I decided I couldn't afford p90x at this time so I made my own workout routine.

    • 2 mile warm up run
    • 2-3 hours on the rock wall doing laps and routes.
    • 10 laps of an olympic size pool for cool down

    Food plans:

    • no soda, bottled teas, or alcohol. I use to drink nothing but water so shouldn't be hard to start that again.
    • No more fast food. It is cheaper for me to make my own meals anyway
    • No more little debbies or tastykakes

I kept it simple so that I won't become bored or tired with this. Once I build my endurance back up, I plan on adding more to my routine.

That is a great, keep going!

    Nasa,
Great attitude you have.... Hard to beat anyone when they are already a winner when they start!

I just found this trend. I started about 3 months ago and have lost 22lbs so far. Went from 36" waist pants being tight to 32" pants being loose. Started at 178 and this AM was at 156. My method is to cut down on Dr Pepper and peanuts. I was walking about 2 miles 4 times a week until the heat ended that part. Please share your thoughts/experience with P-90.

    Friday weigh in's right??

NASAGeek was 220lb Monday morning... 216 Friday morning....

Gotta be some water weight but I've been doing good on the diet, averaging 1350 calories per day and getting 45-60 minutes of aerobix exercise.
