    Do you mean removing the logo from the background? If so, you have to use the magic wand tool in Photoshop

    If you are using Adobe Photoshop...

    I think you mean translucent? That would be under "opacity" on your "layers" pallet. Pick the layer that has the 3reef logo in it and move the opacity bar to whatever % you want.

    Edit: if you mean you want the 3reef name/logo to be "cut-out" from the background, then you will probably need to merge the two layers. Then use the magnetic lasso to go around the word(s) "3reef" and press delete. This will give you the silhouette of the 3reef logo stamped into your background image.

    That way might work, just as well as the magnetic lasso. Though the magic wand is a bit more difficult to use when you have multiple colors/shades.
