I just got him to eat about 5 Min's ago.. I stopped off at the LFS on the way home from work and picked out some frozen mysis shrimp and he ate about 6 or 7 of them ;D .... I didn't put the whole cube in the tank at once because I wasn't sure if he would eat but his little belly should be full for now....
The funnest thing to watch is these Tongan Nassarius snails when I put any kinda food in the tank its like watching zombies rising from the dead how they come up from the sand bed to feed, I think that's super cool.

My Royal Gramma is a picky little bastard when it comes to food... He ate a few mysis shrimps the other day and I haven't seen him eat anything else, He goes after the food then just stops and turns around ... Ive tried mysis shrimp , Ocean nutrition's prime reef flakes , and Ocean nutrition's formula one... Anyone have any ideas???

PE Mysis? My grama loves those. I think it's because he can see the eyes.

and Ive noticed that algae has been taking off on the upper rocks ... Ive been leaving the lights on for 8 hours everyday .. Should I reduce the time I leave the lights on scene there's no coral in the tank yet???

I wouldn't reduce the light more then that. (8 hours)

I run light 12 hours per day, only 8 hours of metal halide however.
