    Everything I buy I pay cash (I get really good deals that way) and the wife never really knows what I paid for something. The downside to doing this is that I'm limited to what the LFS's have around here. Got to figure something else out

    Thank you OFK.....You are absolutely correct. Love that colorado and I'll have to have one someday.

    I couldn't find him the first two days after we got him. I thought he was a goner, but my illness kept me from the store for the last couple of days and I learned that he just goes to bed really early. He/she is out all day long, pretty lil thing.

    my phosphate is making me a little nervous and I'm TRYING not to chase numbers but still....... What are y'all's opinions?

    How are you measuring phosphate? Are you seeing any additional algae growth? How do your corals look? Any issue with color or PE?

    Honestly, other than Alk, I only test when I see issues or feel like the tank is off. We look at our tanks everyday and you get a pretty good pulse of things. I let my eyes be my primary test kit. The only number I "chase" is alk.
