    what do you guys think about a pair of Ocellaris Clownfish, 1 Tube Anemone and some live rock in a 20gal tall tank?

    yes but dont expect the clowns to host the tube anemone, and dont add the anemone till the tanks at least a year old

    are theyre any anemones they will host in a 20gal tank?

    host anemones are typically alot harder to care for than the atlantic anemones such as condies and some carpets. a bubble tip would probably be your vest bet in a 20 gallon they are the easiest of the hardest haha. and remember wait at least a year before adding one to your tank. i know it seems over the top but you need to

    no your tank will not be established enough, anemones are some of the hardest things to keep in this hobby so an established tank is a must. at least a year and at least power compact lighting if not t5

    I waited almost two years before adding an anemone, and it was a rose bta. My ocellaris clowns were in it within 18 hours and made the wait all worth it! Maybe I'm wierd but you can just see how happy the clowns are...

    i dont mind waiting a year bc im also starting a 29gal reef tank.
