    You might be able to grow softies and some low light LPS, maybe an Anemone, but I'm not sure about SPS or Clams. You might be able to grow more if you added another light fixture.

    With only the one color, I doubt you would have much luck growing anything more than softies. LPS and maybe some "easy" SPS may live, but not grow. Add some more lighting as mentioned, and you would be well on your way.

    You get what you pay for with regards to lighting. I am not sure that anemone will survive.

    i dont think having only one color will affect anything much. ALOT of people use only one color on their tanks and are able to grow things, even sps. ill try things out if they die, i learn from my ignorance. if they dont grow, just live, thats fine with me.

    not the worst ever. I bet its too much light over the 20L hang it higher than 2" and see what happens. One thing to consider is getting Ecoxotic Stunner strips to augment color.

    FTR, 14000K is full-spectrum, not single color. :)
