135 gallon lighting

    I used to have a 135g tank. I had 250w MH's with T5 supplements. I would think that fixture would be ok, but due to the extra depth of a 135g tank, it might not grow anything you want towards the bottom.

    I'd recommend 250w MH's to punch down to the bottom and give you the best PAR in a deep tank like that.

    i was thinking soft and lps in the bottem half and sps in the top half.

    Then I think you'd be just fine with that fixture. And get great coloration for your SPS :)
