IMO I would hold off on lights. Wait for about 3 months, then turn lights on. If you turn them on now you will have major algae blooms. I ran my tank for almost 3 mos. with nothing but fish and live rock, added the lights and then a couple days later when my diatoms fired up I got a small cleanup crew. So far the snails have been eating the diatoms almost clear... and it's only been 2 days. My tank has looked great since day 1. I would also wait on a water change, do it shortly after you turn the lights on. A water change this early will take out millions of coraline spores that you need. Once again this is all in my opinion, take it or leave it!;)

I had 2 clowns and 2 damsels live just fine in my tank for 2 and a half months with no light. My tank is in my living room and the light that we used along with the light from a window was more than enough. As long as they have some light to show them the difference from day and night.
