    My power compact fixture turned 1 year old today. Time to replace the bulbs? I have 2 65w bulbs one 10,000k and one actin. would 2 50/50 do the same job? and if my fixture is 1 yr od shouold i do anything else to maintain it.

    They would do the same job. But they need to be replaced every six months. PCs run out of spectral consistancy pretty quickly. So yup, replace them out.
