    It is a dry heat, yeah right !
    One of the best DYI I have seen. Very unique and different. I really like the idea of growing out the algaes under sunlight with a feed to the display.

    Thanks. Sun light certainly seems to work well for growing algae and its cheap. ;D

    That was pretty impressive growth for a 2 week period Stepho

    you are going to have to prune regular IMO as there wont be room for water

    The pictures are a little deceptive because the camera is closer on the second picture, but if you compare it to the size of the drain you can see I still had good results for only two weeks.

    If it gets too bad I may switch to just cheato since I think it grows the slowest and seems the easiest to trim.

    awesome little build there. you may want to change that tubing to black so it doesnt clog with green growth. I did that on a CPR overflow and it worked WONDERFULLY>

    Yeah it has gotten pretty bad. I am definitely going to switch it out for black tubing.
