PAR is such a limited and misleading measurement, however. One could have a fixture that is incredibly high PAR but completely lack the PUR output...
Definitely not as good, doesn't have individual parabolic reflectors that I can see. That's the real benefit of using T-5's in the first place.
I go for a long photoperiod...12-14 hours usually.
