I'm not familiar with chlorine tests. What does the photo mean? How confident are you with the alk test results?
Have you tested for stray voltage?

If your reading chlorine at all and it's going in your tank then yes, it's an issue. Can you show a color card or explain what pink is?

Sorry for the lack of explanation. The test doesn't give me a ppm on the chlorine. It just gives me a true or false of chlorine. The clear is my base and the pink is the result. If test shows Pink chlorine is present. I have been dosing Kulk and slowly raising my Alk. I sense have bought a better test and then verified that with LFS. My alk is about 7 and on the rise.

Kalk is a great way to go. However it will also raise calcium so you'll have to keep an eye on that too. If the chlorine test is accurate, I suggest you work aggressively on finding the source. That can't be good. If you are making your own water, find another source that you trust till you find out where it's coming from. Never hurts to double check the test results too.
