    I have a BioCube 29 thats been setup for about 1 year now and love it! I have made every mod you possibly can to this tank. Read below and you'll see the $$ add up really fast. :)

    My BioCube Mods

    I really like it a lot too, but every two weeks the bottom falls off and it pours micro bubbles into my tank.

    Humm never had that problem. Usually had issues with not being able to get the bottom open to clean the pump.

    Mine was always very quite and did a bang up job skim mate wise. Perfect for nanos IME.

    It will be interesting to see how the tank does with the LED and how you like them.

    I would get another biocube in a heart beat.

    I think its the pump cord pulling causing the pump to push the bottom plate off. The skimmer is amazing, I just with the power cord was longer.

    I use to hate my skimmer until I got my JBJ ATO, this skimmer is useless without the same water level at all times.

    Thanks, I really enjoy making things better and still keep the original look of the tank. On the outside it looks like your everyday BioCube but inside its pure magic. ;-)
