hello everybody! I'm new with saltwater aquariums and starting small. Currently have a 26 gallon bow front. It is stocked with 22lb of live rock and a bag of live sand. Getting a clean up crew this week. I started the tank 3 weeks ago and added live rock 2 weeks ago. No refugium for this one. Have a filter, 3 way lamp, powerhead, and of course a heater.

[IMG] Thanks everyone for the welcome. I am impressed already with the response time of my post. Since this is my first Saltwater and Reef Aquarium, I feel I'm going to become addicted more than I am with your help. More pics on my profile.

I have to agree with this. John is the only place to go for CUC!!

Good luck with the tank. Just wait to when you will want to upgrade. My personal tank started as a 28g and within a year I went to a 75.

Take it slow. The only downside to a small tank is that if you go too fast you will fill it right up.

What kind of livestock are you thinking of? Is the lighting enough for corals or are you keeping it FOWLR.

    Good Luck
