New sump and refuge built-Finally!

    Well I just finished my DIY sump and fuge with plans I copied from the recent DIY sump site I posted last month. :victory: http://www.melevsreef.com/allmysumps.html
    30g long tank as sump
    3- 8" tall sections of acrylic separating skimmer section, 16" refuge and a return compartment with a bubble trap. Using a Rio Hyperflow 12 as return pump and a self Modified CPR overflow box. I modified the drain tube inside the overflow box and placed a PVC elbow over the drain. This eliminates any suction noise or gurgling and raises the water level inside the box so you dont get much waterfall sound effect.
    Once I get a digital camera (its on my christmas wish list) I will post pics.
