are you certain they are Mysis
    possibly amphipods ?

all fish will browse on them, which is why in general you dont see them much during daylight, but when the main lights are off, they come out to feed

they are harmless and in fact beneficial, dealing with uneaten foods etc that falls into places that snails, hermits and other fish wont get to

That makes no sense at all. Why in the world would u work so hard to establish an eco system, and then destroy it from the ground up? I understand your young, but you need to take the right advice if you want your tank to work out. RIght now your not listening to anything any one says. First slow down, second remove some fish third TAKE THE GOOD ADVICE YOU HAVE BEEN GETTING!!!

BTW your LFS knows nothing, NEVER EVER put copper in your tank!!!! once you put everything back in, they will die, you will be left wtih a fish only tank......

What kind of advice is that..
If you run copper in your tank you'll kill every single invert/coral in that tank.
Then you won't be able to have them because copper leaves traces.

What you have more than likely are pods, that's a VERY GOOD thing to have.

If you really want to kill them then just do what your lfs said. That will make sure they are gone. Honestly, if you won't listen to us then just don't ask us.
Ask your lfs... Do everything he says.
    Good luck.
