Holy Crap I just found the biggest bristle worm I've ever seen in my tank! pink/red and it must have been six inches. It was merrily munching on a sinking pellet that I had dropped into the tank earlier.

frequently I spot worms about an inch to inch and a half and I've always considered them just another member of the unsung CUC.

At this size to they pose any risk to anything else in the tank?

Any conflict with my new goby/pistol since they will be spending so much time in the sandbed w/gigantor the wonder worm?

Cool :) They really stretch out when moving around though. If you touch, or take it out of the water and it contracts, I'd bet it's probably only an inch and a half or so. The small ones are probably young. Adults tend to look 5 or 6 inches when expanded.
