my diy magnetic power head bracket.

;DFor many months now i have been fighting with my power heads to stay stuck to the glass, and even when i do get them too i decide to move them a few days later. I know the company that makes my power heads do sell magnetic brackets with the power heads but i have never seen them being sold on there own and imagine they cost abit.

so went to the drawing board and came up with this.

In todays class you will need 1 magfloat, 1 power head bracket and 2 part epoxy.

Nice going!!! I did that with a cheap $5.99 Fish magnet cleaning thingy from Walmart. Sorry about the use of the word thingy. Don't worry, it will happen again.

I had limited success. With a 75g tank or smaller, it would have worked great. Not so good on the 90g and up. Glass is too thick.
