What a moron. I like how he stands back there with his arms crossed in defensive mode. :)

I'm kind of wondering how no one questions anybody there. They were, after all, pulling the cardboard away as he cut it.

That guy on lafishguy.com is a maroon. If you watch his videos you will see

on this video he talks about how he is a Professional but doesn't need a refractometer and doesn't have room to play with complicated toys.lol

On this one he uses tap water with 1 stage carbon filter to make 300 gallons LMAO!
I think he provides a lot of bad information.

I would never hire this guy. It crazy he's been in business for 25 years.

Being a profesional is having to cut corners to make money. yes there are better ways but he found what works and I am sure if he destroyed a bunch of peoples tanks he would be out of business. Plus 25 years ago they didn't have a 1/4 of what they have now so he is probably just stuck in his ways. There is over 100 ways to make a cake and non of them are wrong. I have never used a refractotmer and probably never will. The results are what I am looking for and so far it hasn't let me down yet. When it does I will change my method or refine it. To each his own.
