    I'll bite.

    An Acropora eating flatworm egg or a single cell of a macro algae.

    What do you thing it is? It does not look like protozoan/parasite. What leads you do believe it's a pathogen?

    I think it's a Dinoflagellate, but I don't see flagella. It also lacks some body definition. I pulled it out of my wife's tank as part of a small brown tendril however.

    Not really sure.
