Hello I have had 2 Torch corals doing fine since 10/02
I noticed the other night that a brown bag like substance was eating my corals down to the skeleton
one head at a time till there was nothing left.

I put some Stop Aptasia on the brown slime and it did not spread to any other coral heads the rest of the torch corals are doing fine now.
Does anyone know what that brown stuff is?

    Thanks JohnO! ;D

This post was bugging me today because I knew I had read about this somewhere. I did a little digging and found the same kind of stuff as John. Plenty on the net about it. Seems curable if treated early on.

By the way, worth mentioning that this disease is tied to current or a lack there of. After treating them, take a look at how much current they are getting.
