What else could it have been? I have no fish in the tank as it is still cycling. This is so unrightous dude. [smiley=uneasy.gif]
When the light came on, it took off into the lr. I started to look at pics on line & found what i thought it had looked like. Flat, oval shaped...ugly if i may say so myself.

check this out...just went to lfs and talked to 3 different people...1 had no idea what an isopod was, the other 2 (spoken to at different times) said that they were no big deal.

Isopods are generally classified as micrograzers, micropredators, parasites, and detritivores. That's why I said to ensure a Positive ID. The parasitic isopod seems to be the bad guy while the micrograzers and detritivores are common in most marine aquaria. Short of catching one and putting it under the microscope... I don't know how easy it is to tell them apart. ANYONE ELSE. I am hanging out here on a thread. You have now exhausted all of my limited knowledge on the subject. Don't Panic. It may be a case of mistaken identity.
    Again Anyone Else...
