Site 'Skin' Random Bug Has Been Resolved

The bug, first reported here that causes your site 'skin' choice to randomly changed has been squashed.

Please note the following nuances with site skins....

1) The skin choice shown under your avatar will only display the skin you choose via USER CP. From now on, 3reef members, please use the chooser in the USER CP.

2) The skin chooser in the footer should be considered there for guests. You may still use it, but note the point above.

3) The USER CP skin chooser sets your choice in the database. The one in the footer uses cookies. Therefore, the footer option is still less stable now as cookies can be eaten and disappear.

Hahaha I thought I kept hitting some button or something that was making the skin change. I couldn't figure out what was going on!
