Ok, Ask why they are not having a coral conference this year like they planned on.

If you can get an answer out of them, I will hand deliver a lollipop to you.

 

How about something like how they decide what fish to put on the DD out of the shipments that come in in LA? Is there a rhyme or reason, do they hand select specimens to post on the DD?

I think seasons of the fish and the rarer species are what they try to do it by, but Ill definitely ask this. Ive been wondering it myself.

That's a little rude. His post was on topic, from my experience with him, he is very experienced and knowledgeable, and he had the caveat about it being the regular online store, not Diver's Den. And to say "go elsewhere," is extremely rude. You may have started this thread, but you also invited people to give their opinions on the topic which he did. I thought we were supposed to be an online community?

Anyways, why don' t you ask them about their business ethics? Do they cherry pick the corals and fish that are transshipped and then ship them to Wis. or do they get separate shipments?

 

I personally was asking for peoples questions about Divers Den. I value this community and its why I asked. I dont have to do this for 3reef, But I figured it would be nice of me for the people who cant visit the facility in person. I was not asking about Ethics of online companies. Im not here to bring out politics of online aquatic stores. Just trying to find out what questions you all have about Divers Den, Since they tend to Sell and care for rarer and harder to keep fish/corals/inverts.

My elsewhere comment is If you dont have a question. Please dont muck up the thread, When I have to go back through and later read it sort out the threads questions, wether they are online posted already or a good question to ask. That way its less time consuming and easier on my head.

 

If you guys come up with more than 10 for RG, I can take them too Then we have 20.... I think we may be giving them a run for their "money"

 

I'm gonna try to go there to see there facility in august when I go camping. I have a feeling it will be more fun going there then going camping! Haha red gambit it sounds like you check DD everyday! I do the same thing and I timed it to 6:00pm when they post their stuff on DD.
