Tank will be a year old in March. You mentioned something about Ich, why would I have an Ich issue?

Tangs are considered 'Ich Magnets' Due to their high level of stress the bring upon themselves and the Tank. With the stress up the fishes immune system is down leaving them open for disease and parasites. They are very fast traveling fish and because of their larger size and Such. They also are very boisterous and well Yeah Can be tools at times when not introduced in the right order of fish.

That's good to know. Had no idea they were susceptible to Ich.

Yellow/Blue Assessors are great, they look nice in groups hanging upside down under a overhang.

How about a lemon peel angel instead of a yellow tang. You get the bright pop of yellow on a smaller scale. I think they get a max of 4 inches. Beautiful fish IMO.

I want one to replace my yellow tang :( after he died I don't feel right about "replacing" him but I miss my flashes of bright yellow.

If you have a lid and a sand bed, there are a lot of wrasses that would add some color. I have a Halichoeres leucoxanthus in my tank and he is a great fish.
