I have about 4 blue legged hermits on my gorgonians branches. Is this something to worry about? His polyps are not out now. What do you guys think?

i would be watching to make shure they are not eating it but i always thaught that hermits were more of a cleaner not pred and would only eat a coral if it was dead already

I be willing to bet that the hermits are just looking for algae and other tidbits to eat! The only thing is that the Gorgonian will close up and become stressed!!! I would try to remove the hermits from the Gorgonian everytime they find their way onto it!
