Wondering how much flow I should have?

    I have a 55G Aggressive saltwater...it has a mag5 return and a Maxijet1200 powerhead...i am keeping a lionfish, a spiny puffer, and a valentini puffer in it (plan on getting a huma huma trigger in a few weeks)...don't worry i am going to trade them out for small ones again once they outgrow the tank...but anyways should i leave the maxijet on or will the return be enough water movement for these guys?

    for fish only....25 times turnover maybe. I would add a Koralia 3 in there too.
