    I have heard that as well. But I have used windex on my tanks for a long time and never harmed a thing ;)
    I am using "Invisible Glass" now and it is awesome.

    I use a vinegar and water solution to clean my glass, I spray it on the towel first. It is what they used before windex

    Well just by luck I solved the problem. I turned up the water flow to my skimmer and in 8 hours the water was crystal clear! I use an Aqua c EV240. It was making lots of foam for over a week but no skim deposit in the reserve. So I was ajusting it and now it is working like a champ.
