    hello people, i hope this is an easy fix for you guys. basically i have a spare external eheim pro 2 canister 2028.. i want to get it up and running but it needs a new PRIMER sealing ring.just so theres no confusion its not the square one that goes between the canister and pump housing, its a big red one that goes around the primer unit itself.im located in the uk but i cant seem to find one anywhere:cry:!!!thanks all any help very much appreciated!!

    I don't know the part you are referring to, I haven't taken mine apart. Maybe this will help you find what you need though. I hope it helps.

    thanks for the link i shall have a look at it now,basically its the primer sealing ring.. in the manual it even says to use the vaseline on it if the priming of the pump is too stiff, but it doesn"t give a part number!!!!if you undo the 3 crosshead head screws on the primer you can get to it that way, but "if it aint broke don"t fix it" lol. many thanks.:)
