Here's my tank & overflow box at the right corner. The second picture is the plumbing beneath the tank. Where should my return line come up & back into the tank?

I was thinking the back left corner with a Y fitting & some loc-line. Would that work or is there a better way to do it?

That's a good placement and idea.

On the reef ready tanks that have only 1 corner overflow, it makes no sense flow-wise for the return to be at the overflow. You want to get the dirty water from the tank to the overflow instead of pushing it back away from the overflow. The way you are proposing makes a lot more sense.

That's what I did Seano. My set up is reversed however, with the OF on the left side and the return on the right. I used a 1" bulkhead and 3/4" loc-line with a 3" flare nozzle on the end of the loc-line. Works GREAT.
