I just got the phosban 150 reactor for my 34 gallon. I have a fuge that takes up all the space in the stand. Is it possible to just keep the reactor in the fuge submerged in water? The instructions don't really say.

I wouldn't see why it wouldn't as long as the flow is right and media isn't pumping out of it..

So basically, you are looking to hang this inside the sump, instead of outside. It should be fine, as long as it is filled with water since otherwise it will float of course.

I have a small maxijet that is in the sump. I hung 2 reactors on the outside of the sump chained together. 1 runs carbon, the other phosban. then just looped it back into the sump. Never had an issue in 4 yrs.
