I buy a lot of my plumbing supplies from www.customaquatic.com in the San Diego area because they also carry black PVC parts which look nice inside the tank. They also have very quick shipping, I often get stuff the next day in Phoenix even though its shipped normal UPS.

Thanks AZ - well no need now...

I remeasured from a better angle (holes are a bit hard to get to with tank against wall) ... saw that they were actually holes larger than 1.5"...

called Neo Nano (Deep Sea Aquatics) and they are sending me a plumbing kit with all bulkheads (which are actually 1.75" hole size, 1" bulkheads) and all drain hoses and elbows.

Thanks all! Hopefully all this bulkhead talk will help someone else down the road. ;)

Ahhh, 1" bulkheads sounds more like it.

I have two 1" bulkheads on my 200g tank. Each 1" bulkhead can flow just under 1000 gph.

My 100G has five 1" bulkheads, overflow, return, a suction and two discharges for a closed loop. Probably the most common size.

Aye.. the guy mentioned something about me having old instructions that say 1.5" ... I will probably remain paranoid until I get them and know for sure. ::)
