in all honesty, I had never heard of them at all

so I did a bit of searching

and found out they are also called Mini Carpet nems
    stichodactyla tapetum

and that they can move about and they do have a powerfull sting despite their diminutive size

They do move around like a typical anemone. Pretty easy to care for IMO, just treat much like a ricordea, except that some times they reside higher in the rockwork. Will bother near by stoney corals if directly touching and since they can get up and move there is the potential that it could sting corals. Easily propagated with a little research.

They are awesome IMO, just very expensive.

Nahhh they get to be about 3 to 4 at the most. Also called a mini-maxi, very very popular because of the rainbow of colors, ease of care, and readily propagated using the cutting method ( but you got to do the research first ) So someone pays 100 bucks for one quaility speciman, in a year you can make quite the profit off them if you know what your doing. In big demand, I can see why.

I think most reach around 3"-4". There a a few larger ones, that supposedly reach 6". Yeah some of the more expensive ones on there have very brilliant colors.
