You can put a tee on your return line then a ball valve on the tee and some pipe so you can open the valve when you want to do a water change, with enough line you could run it to your sink or tub . Buy a small pump and some line to pump it out of your bucket.

I have something similar to what 2in10 described. Works great... but if it's a smaller tank, I would just follow PufferChicks advice but make sure to use RO Water!

Just be aware that if you tee off the return pump you'll only be able to remove as much water as your sump holds in your return section before it will run dry. In my tank this isn't enough for a real water change before it starts sucking air.
I'm probably just going to hook up a maxijet to a long length of tubing and run it into the bathroom from the display tank.

i have a old powerhead in my sump with a couple feet of hose hooked up to it. its hooked up to my switch panel. when i want to do a wc i pull the hose out from the sump and flip the switch. then put the pump into the bucket of new water and pump it back in. i can change 10 gallons in about 30 sec
