    and it's gone since yesterday.

    What's happening to my shrimp?
It's only the peppermint who go missing...my cleaner shrimp is doing fine.

I have a foxface, regal tang, yellow tang, flame angel, potters angel, cleaner wrasse, 2clowns, 8 chromis, engenieer goby, & dragon goby.

My peppermint shrimp (R.I.P) only came out at night, or when I fed the tank brine shrimp.

Oh ok. I hope they are hiding.. I'll do some searching at night and see if I have any luck in finding them.

    There dead.

I went through 2 of them before dropping a 3rd into the tank. my red saddle back clown made himself a nice $10 buffet out of the last one (and probly the first 2 also). I was pissed.

    Trip to the LFS:
    $3 in gas.
1 hour worth of my time.
    drove home.
float bag in DT for 30minutes.
released peppermint shrimp #3 in DT.
Watching clown gobble up $10 peppermint shrimp in 3 seconds.

    PRICELESS.

Wow I did not know that clowns would eat live shrimp. Do you feed very often?

The angels, wrasse or dragon goby could also be culprits. Look for antennae from the shrimp in the day time. It will most likely be hanging upside down in a cave like area.
