    Anyone remembers loading programs/games that came in cassettes? I remember waiting for an hour to load games that were "big games" !

    BTW, does anyone remember those 300 baud modems & Fishnet on Compuserve?
    ...it was such a "upgrade" when I got my Tandy 8086 w/1200 baud Modem and Windows 3.0

    The T/S 1000 and the C=64. Later got a 5.25 inch floppy drive for the C=64. Games and software only took 20 minutes then. lol

    I had all of the beginning ones. The sinclair, the TRS-80, the commodore 64, etc. In fact, my Sinclair was a kit that I had to put together myself.

    I'm very thankful that hard drives are no longer as loud as the one I upgraded to on my commodore.
