Ahhh, my planned worked beautifully (send it to me):p

Seriously though yes if a fish wanders into the Anemone the chances are good the fish will be history.

Gobies and Mandarins, Eels they all share that zone of the tank. That is what they do they cruse along the bottom and eventually they may get too close.

I have seen them even eat Tangs. While it does not happen everyday it does happen.

You can perhaps decrease the chances if a pair of Clowns takes up residence because they will chase everything off, but that is not a guarantee.

I actually kept one with Blue Damsels and Domino Damsels and both fish would hang out around the parameter of the Anemone but obviously knew enough to avoid contact with stinging tentacles.

You might go many months without an incident who knows.

Now see this is where it gets sticky (see what I did there), I have my old Goby and only one tank now. I would have another carpet if I did not have my Goby. :-/

My wife is a manager at petco and those come in as a carpet hybrid. They get huge and they sting very badly. My wife came home with major stings all over her arm when she accidentally touched it getting a fish for a customer.
