What can I say, Life got in the way. My question is not how to get rid of it, because I know that is not going to happen. Rather, I am going to break down the tank and what do I do with it? Haul it to the dump? Is there anything that can be done to save it? And yes, it is very bad. It really makes me sad after more than 20 years with saltwater tanks. The algae is built up on the baffles and I have tried and tried to get it off but of course it comes right back. The rock can be boiled and I have done that with some and put it in a 12 gal Nano.

I will have to rehome my fish, and throw away some gorgeous softies. Honestly, I will probably just get rid of everything. I have no idea what else to do.

Thanks in advance for any comments (other than "You should have known better", because I did and I let it happen).
