if corals grow on your live rock, then they must like your water parameters. I would just leave them. If you don't intentionally try to keep corals, maybe some of your fish will eat it.

yeah if they grow then they like your water and tank setup...i can understand you don't want to care for them but if they grow on their own they won't need care. lots of corals are happy with what your fish are happy with. you only need to worry if you have some hard to care for corals and they don't typically just sprout out of LR. You will get xenia, zoanthids possibly, i got a fuzzy mushroom and some superman mushrooms. all are easy to care for, all don't need special lights...if you get a freebie i would be happy and keep it. don't scrape your rock or anything cause you don't want to care for corals. If your truly set on keeping all corals out you can take a hammer and chisel to a piece of LR and splitt the rock. Take the piece with the coral on it and trade it in to your LFS.

If you don't have lighting strong enough to keep corals, I doubt that any corals that hitchhike in with your live rock will live very long. Algae, on the other hand......

most anything that youll find growing on your LR thats a coral wont be an issue for your fish. If you dont like the sight of it remove it otherwise it will be fine or maybe food for a fish which is also fine.

kalk paste. (pickling lime mixed with a little bit of water to make a paste, find it at the grocery store). smother the stow-away with the paste. the paste will eventually harden over, coralline over, and you won't even see it anymore.
