SO far my 72 gallon has 1 Ocellaris Clown, 1 Solar Wrasse, 1 Filimented Flasher Wrasse, 1 Diamond Watchman Goby, 2 Chalk Bass. I am planning on adding 3 more Chalk Bass besides these is there anything else you recommend or should I just leave it at that?

I would leave it at that, your getting a lot of fish in there, although they are generally smaller fish. How much live rock do you have?

I would stay away from angel fish. Even the dwarf type. They are not reefsafe. My coral beauty has not bothered my corals for awhile, but is responsible for destroying a Zoa rock completely as well as a Mushroom leather (the ML survived and now looks OK....but not great. Flesh grew back though).

The by the book numbers are one inch of fish (when full grown) to three gallons of water. I like to keep mine between one inch of fish to four or five gallons of water.

Now, you can populate with fish that will eventually outgrow the tank. That is your choice. I do that. But I realize that there will come a time when I have to go diving for dollars and catch a large fish for trade. Currently, I have a hippo tang in a 90g. Clearly a bad selection. But I plan to catch it when it hits around 9 inches and trade for something smaller. I have a year or two before I have to worry about it.

I have 60 pounds of live rock and I am planning on adding another 40 pounds of base rock in the next month or so. Maybe a firefish or two along with the chalk bass and then I will call it a day.
