    Thanks for the input.

I saw a watchman and pistol pair at my LFS. They are really fun to watch together. Symbiotic relationships amongst marine life is truly fascinating to me. It amazes me to think that as hobbyists, we are able to create an environment that will allow the inhabitants to show some of their natural behaviors. My only concern is will the tunneling / cave making create hydrogen sulphide in my dsb.

The only thing that worries me about the angels is that they can be known for nipping at lps and sps corals. So I would need to have some advice on how to keep them from doing that or selecting species that are less known for doing that.

well, I'm sorry that I didn't realize you have a dsb. Is there a reason for that? Are you using it as a means of biological filtration? There just seem to be so many risks when keeping a dsb but that's just my opinion but it's not too late to reconsider that.

In terms of angels, I think it's more the individual that can nip or not nip. The species that are considered reef safe with caution are flame, coral beauty, potter's, and pygmy. If you keep your fish well fed and in a harmonious environment (little stress) these types are less likely to nip but there's always that chance. Many people on here keep the ones I've mentioned with success. I do know that most will say not to keep two in the same tank but then some do just that (usually in larger tanks). HTH

Yeah the dsb is for bio filtration. I'm willing to take the risk on it, I just have to be careful with what I add to the tank.

I think eventually I will add a flame angel but right now I want to keep the feedings to a minimum while i build my biological filtration. I think your right that its probably best to only keep one angel. 60 gal isn't that big.

I'm honestly thinking I might hold off for awhile on the fish. I'm also thinking that I want to head over to my lfs and get another coral tomorrow. Maybe a frogspawn, torch or bubble is in the future.

Ingtar, I sent it to you in an envelope a couple days ago. You didn't get it?
