what light for sps

    ok so what light should i get? i want to keep some sps corals, its a 40 breeder tank with a 1.5"sandbed. here are the options. alsowould i be able to keep sps happy lighting wise with just a 4 bulb?

    1. 36" 4-bulb hellolights t-5 setup
    2. 36" 4-bulb aquaticlife t-5
    3. 36" 4-bulb nova extreme t-5
    4. 36" 6-bulb hellolights t-5 retro
    5. 36" 4-bulb tek light

    The 4 bulb would be just fine for a 40 breeder. The hellolights would work great and save you some money. Their bulb quality isn't the greatest with the Tru line. You could do 2 of the 2x39 or the over driven setup.

    i said 6 bulbs, since your tank is 18" width. more bulbs more coverage.
